Veterinarian, Research Assistant (Since March 2021)

Short personal description: Dr. Manuela Büttcher received her diploma in physics from the University of Stuttgart and her diploma in veterinary medicine from the University of Veterinary Medicine of Vienna. She received her doctoral degree from the Ludwig-Maximilian-University of Munich in collaboration with the Eberhard-Karls-University of Tübingen, where she worked on several research projects in the cardiovascular area.

Currently, she is part of the team of the animal welfare officer of the University of Tübingen as well as part of the research division of the HPRV department of the BG Clinic in Tübingen, in which she is responsible for the experiments using animals.
